 I stand by the principle that if something can't be measured, its pursuit is rarely justified. I'm driven by the need to find ways to measure progress, believing that without agreed indicators, we risk wasting time and human talent. Just because it's not currently being measured or may be difficult to measure, doesn't make it impossible.

Documenting our journey in real-time is critical for success. This practice ensures every team member, now and in the future, gain insights from our shared experiences. It fosters a culture of open reflection and continuous improvement, allowing us to build on past achievements and learnings, passing on the knowledge of successes and setbacks alike. 

I'm a firm believer that there's always a better way, be it through product innovation, process optimization, or personal development. This belief fuels my commitment to never settling, endlessly searching for ways to refine, to delight, to grow.
